Repair intake with a pick-up date and a tag on the item. The customer is told when the repair is ready – by text message and online.
What you get

Online order status
The QR code on the receipt opens the shop's own page with the order's progress – without name, phone or prices.
Questions and answers
Can the customer follow the repair?
Yes. With online order status, the customer scans the QR code on the receipt and sees whether the repair has been received, is in progress or is ready, and when it is expected to be ready.
Can I give an estimate?
Yes, as a pro forma. It is marked as not being a receipt, does not count as a sale and can be found again under Receipts.
The price is only known when the work is done?
Use an open price so the till asks for the amount, or "price can be changed" so the price can be edited at intake and hand-over.
Can business customers get an invoice?
Yes. Purchases on account are collected in one invoice in Dinero or OFINDA. VAT is already booked from the Z reports.
Can we tag the items?
Yes. Each item can get a tag from the label printer with order number and piece number, and the tag can be printed again.
Can the customer pay at hand-over?
Yes. Payment can be taken at intake or when the item is collected.
