CTpos for dry cleaners
Drop-off with order number and pick-up time, a tag on every garment, a text message when it is ready, and a page where customers check the status themselves.

What you get
- New drop-off with customer, items and pick-up time. Tomorrow, Express today and the calendar skip closed days.
- One tag per garment on a label printer such as the Brother QL-560, or an ESC/POS printer. The tag layout is set in the back office.
- The order code is printed as a QR code or barcode on the receipt. Scanned at pick-up, the till finds the order at once.
- Mark ready with a rack position, and send the customer a text message when the order is ready.
- Pay at drop-off or at pick-up. Regular customers such as hotels can buy on account and get one invoice.
- Online order status: the customer scans the QR code and sees that the clothes are ready – without name, phone number or prices.

Online order status
The QR code on the receipt opens the shop's own page with the order's progress – without name, phone or prices.
Questions and answers
Can customers see for themselves whether their clothes are ready?
Yes. Turn on online order status for the shop in the back office and add the Order status field to the receipt layout. The receipt gets a QR code, and the customer sees the progress from Received to Ready for pick-up. The page never shows the customer's name, phone number or prices.
Which printer do we need for tags?
A label printer with a Windows driver, for example a Brother QL-560 with a continuous roll, or an ESC/POS printer. Receipts are usually printed on an Epson TM-T20. Which printer does what is chosen per till.
The customer has lost the receipt. What now?
Search for the customer's name or phone number under Pick-up instead of scanning. If a tag is damaged, it can be printed again.
Can the customer pay at pick-up?
Yes. Choose pay at pick-up on the drop-off. The till prints two pro forma slips, one for the customer and one for the shop, and payment is taken when the clothes are collected.
How does the customer get a text message?
Tick the text-message option on the drop-off and send the message from Mark ready. If you only want to send during opening hours, the message waits until the shop opens.
Can we take express orders?
Yes. Express today sets pick-up to the same day within opening hours. Closed days and times are greyed out in the calendar.
Can business customers pay in one go?
Yes, with a customer account and "pay later". The customer can have a credit limit, and purchases are collected in one invoice through Dinero or OFINDA.
